What is covered by this warranty?
1-This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship of the product that occur under normal use and maintenance during the product lifetime. The product lifetime is defined as the period during which the product is able to perform its intended function, as determined by us or our authorized service agent, based on the average usage and environmental conditions of similar products. The product lifetime may vary depending on factors such as frequency of use, location, installation, maintenance, and wear and tear
2-If a defect occurs during the product lifetime, we will repair or replace the defective part or product at our discretion, free of charge, provided that you follow the warranty claim procedure described below. Any repaired or replaced part or product will be covered by this warranty for the remainder of the original product lifetime or 12 months from the date of repair or replacement, whichever is longer.

What is not covered by this warranty?
This warranty does not cover:
1-Damage or problems caused by improper installation, operation, maintenance, or service that is not authorized by us or our authorized service agent.
2-Damage or problems caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, accident, fire, flood, lightning, power surges, or other acts of nature
3-Damage or problems caused by alteration, modification, tampering, or unauthorized repair of the product or any part thereof.
4-Damage or problems caused by external factors such as dirt, dust, insects, rodents, corrosion, rust, mold, mildew, or exposure to extreme temperatures or humidity.
5-Damage or problems caused by normal wear and tear, cosmetic defects, or deterioration of appearance that do not affect the functionality of the product
6-Damage or problems caused by removal or re-installation of the product or any part thereof.
7-Damage or problems caused by use of accessories, components, or consumables that are not compatible with the product or are not supplied by us.
8-Damage or problems caused by failure to follow the instructions in the user manual or other documentation provided with the product.
9-Any costs associated with transportation, delivery, installation, removal, re-installation, testing, diagnosis, inspection, labor, or service call fees related to the product or any part thereof.
